Counseling for resilience

Our work together will begin with an exploration of your past and present experiences. We will look at your personal strengths, resources, and explore opportunities for resilience. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan which will include goals and objectives to support you to resolve stress, reduce symptoms, and improve the quality of your life. 

INSURANCE 

Desirée Helfrick, MA, MHP, LMHC is in network provider with most major insurance networks including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, Premera, HMA, LifeWife, First Choice Health, Kaiser Options PPO, United Health Care and Optum. Please note network participation with United Health Care and Optum is with private commercial plans, not the Community Plan provided through Medicaid or Medicare. Verification of insurance benefits will occur prior to our initial appointment by Prestige Medical Billing Company. PMBC will contact your insurance company to determine specific benefits, inquire if there is a deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, what services are covered, and whether or not a referral or prior authorization is necessary.

Sliding Fee Scale

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Sliding fee or pro bono services for low income individuals and those without insurance coverage are available on a limited basis.

HSA/FSA cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted forms of payment.
